    Goal: To form a team of experts on Industry 4.0 and automation systems by the end of 2025 and to start the testing process of the first robotic projects in 2026.

    2. Smart City Technologies Department
    Goal: To form expert teams that will start pilot projects by the end of 2025 and to take part in major city projects in Europe and the Middle East by mid-2026.

    3. Renewable Energy and Sustainability Department
    Goal: Establish field teams for solar energy projects in Africa and Europe during 2025 and deliver the first projects in 2026.

    Carbon Footprint and Environmental Policy Specialist
    Wind Energy Technologies Specialist


    4. Water Treatment and Environmental Technologies Department
    Goal: Assign field engineers for the first pilot water treatment projects by the end of 2025 and secure financial partnerships for the expansion of the projects in 2026.

    5. Digital Media and Marketing Department
    Goal: Strengthen the global digital transformation strategy in 2025 and expand digital projects with international collaborations by mid-2026.

    6. International Project Consultancy & Business Development Department
    Goal: Strengthen the first international collaborations by the end of 2025 and determine project partners in the Middle East, Europe and Africa in 2026.

    2025–2026 HR Calendar & Teamwork Plan

    First Half of 2025 (January – June):

    Needs analysis will be completed.
    The first recruitments will be made at the expert and engineer level.

    Second Half of 2025 (July – December):

    Team structures will be completed.
    Teams will be assigned for the first pilot projects.

    First Half of 2026 (January – June):

    New teams will begin testing processes in projects.
    INOVAZEN will actively participate in projects in Europe, Africa and the Middle East.
